Exchange and return policy

• To benefit from return, exchange and warranty services, the original invoice must be attached.
• The item must be in the same condition as when purchased and in its original packaging.
• We apologize for not being able to return or replace damaged or dirty products.
• Return and exchange within 3 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
• Receiving the shipment from the shipping company constitutes an acknowledgement by the customer that the shipment is intact, in good condition, and has not been opened prior to receipt.
• If you exchange a product for a product of lower value, we will refund the price difference to your account as soon as possible. If the value is higher, you will pay the price difference.
• The customer bears the shipping costs in the event of exchange or return.
• Refunds are for returned products only, other fees such as shipping or cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.
• Products that have been specially manufactured for the customer (such as writing on carpets or implementing pictures) are not returnable or exchangeable once they are implemented, even if they are classified as ready-made phrases or carpets of our design.
• If you do not receive the shipment and it is returned by the shipping company, the shipping and return fees will be deducted from the invoice.

• Invoice number (order number)

• Customer name

• Reason for replacement

• Product name
