- To benefit from return, exchange, and warranty services, the original invoice must be attached.
- The item must be in the same condition as when purchased and packaged in the original packaging.
- We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for damaged or soiled products.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving the shipment.
- Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment by the customer that the shipment is intact, in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.
- When you exchange a product for a product of lesser value, we will refund the price difference to your account as soon as possible. However, if its value is higher, then you will pay the price difference.
- The customer bears the shipping costs in case of exchange and return.
- Refunds are only for returned products; other fees such as shipping or cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Products made specifically for a client (such as writing on carpets or executing images) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the design or execution process has begun, even if they fall under the category of ready-made phrases or carpets designed by us.
- If the customer does not receive the shipment and it is returned by the shipping company, the shipping and return fees will be deducted from the invoice.
- For special requests with complex details, the client is not entitled to withdraw from work that is 70% complete and request a completely new design with a different approach.
